Please give us 10 days notice (you can text or email us) After you have emptied your unit, sweep out the unit and clean any stains, then send us a picture by text or email. PLEASE LEAVE THE LOCK ON THE UNIT-it is the property of Sentimental Self Storage.

• The unit(s) must be completely empty with the Lock ON and free of personal belongings & trash, delivered in broom clean condition, and without liquid stains & damages, and roll up door closed.
• Account must be current and has $0 balance.
• Rent for the move out month is not prorated.
• Please remove yourself from autopay.
